What You Can Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange the following items:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged leather items
- Items with original tags still attached
- Returns initiated within 30 days of your purchase receipt
Important to Note:
- We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from the Premium Leather Jackets website.
- For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Photos are required to expedite the process.
- If the size was verified over email and, upon receiving your jacket, you request a size change, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
- If the parcel is in transit and you request a cancellation, a 50% fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns due to disliking the style or finding it unsuitable will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Making a Return or Exchange

Carefully pack your leather item(s) in the original packaging, or a suitable alternative, to ensure protection during shipping. Use a reliable and trackable service for your return shipment. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment for your records.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we'll thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
- If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 4 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or payment processor for the refund to reflect in your account.
- In cases where delivery was delayed due to natural disasters and you request a refund, a 30% fee will be applied.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your leather item for a different size or color (subject to availability), we'll process the exchange free of charge and ship the new item directly to you.
- You will be notified via email or SMS if the requested size or style is unavailable in stock.
